As southeast is a desirable place to live, many people continue to migrate to our southern states. It is of course even more now since COVID, but when it comes to the apartment properties count, there are literally thousands of apartment units scattered throughout southeast with many more under construction.
We currently operate over 15,000 units that are comprised of just over 42 properties throughout the southeast with a total asset valuation of close to 2 billion dollars. - You have been ranked as one of the top firms in the Southeast? Please share a few words about your success story.
First and foremost, we credit a lot of our success to the Grace of God. In addition to that, our people play a big part in this as well. Most of our key employees have been with us for over 15 plus years. They are the key to our company’s culture and integrity as we do business in the markets that we serve.
