At the age of 40, my initial venture into the realm of entrepreneurship proved to be unsuccessful due to my lack of visibility. However, after conquering my crippling fear of being seen and appearing on camera, I successfully established and hosted The C-Suite on Rogers tv. Through this platform, I have engaged in over 200 meaningful discussions with various founders, earning myself the title of the “visibility queen”.

The key to my current achievements lies in my ability to showcase my true self – radiating inner beauty through methods that bring me joy, while also assisting others in doing the same.

I attribute my accomplishments today to my mastery of presenting my authentic self – showcasing the inner beauty in ways that bring me satisfaction, and guiding others to do so as well.

The reason behind my triumphs today is my proficiency in displaying my true essence – expressing the inner beauty in ways that bring me happiness, and supporting others in doing so too.

My initial business venture ended in failure due to my lack of visibility. This unfortunate experience was burdened with feelings of shame and guilt, leading to financial debt, a tarnished self-image, and a loss of confidence. It is truly disheartening to undergo such hardships, particularly when one feels a strong calling to pursue greater endeavors. However, once I conquered my fear of being seen as my authentic self, without the support of a prestigious job title or affiliation with a Fortune 500 company, my entire life transformed.

The work I engage in today is driven by the catalyst of overcoming my fear of being visible and facing the cameras. This transformation has led me to confidently host the C-Suite on Rogers tv, where I sit in front of the TV cameras.

It is my responsibility to establish an environment in which you feel secure to share, investigate, and articulate your true self. This is precisely why numerous individuals featured on the C-Suite have exclaimed, “You made it incredibly effortless!” after completing their segment recording. It is because I am here to support you. I understand the anxiety that accompanies being in the spotlight, as I have personally experienced the challenges of being unseen, and I do not wish for you to go through the same.

My strategy is to break down the visibility process into smaller steps in order to simplify it. This method increases confidence, predictability, and understanding while lowering the amount of uncertainties, fears, and unknowns. The process can be sped up and made simpler by taking things one step at a time and becoming more visible with ease and flow.
