Moodally
I grew up in the bustling city of New York, where I completed my education at The Dalton School and New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Currently, I am residing in Europe and have been working as a senior advertising executive for the past 17 years. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to achieve remarkable success, having won more than 70 awards alongside my team during my tenure as the Global Advertising, Media & Digital Director at Ray-Ban. Interestingly, there is even a pair of sunglasses named after me.
Even though I absolutely loved my job, in 2015, I was hospitalized for 10 days after suffering stress-related vision loss. This caused me to become interested in studying stress and burnout. I decided to put my career on hold and go back to school. I first completed 2 years Post Grad studies in the Neuroscience of Mental Health at Kings College London and then went on to get a Master’s of Science in Behavioral & Organizational Psychology at London Metropolitan University.
I created Moodally by fusing my academic background with my senior executive experience. It’s a solution I wish I had known about when I was younger. We can improve our job performance, leadership abilities, and level of happiness by applying the lessons I’ve learned and am now sharing.
In this delicate period, Moodally has become incredibly well-liked by the general public. In addition to mentoring for Moodally and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Centre, I was named an entrepreneur-in-residence at Harvard Ventures. Numerous international publications, including British Vogue, Nasdaq, Reader’s Digest, and Thrive Global, have acknowledged my contributions. My ultimate goal is to introduce Moodally to forward-thinking companies across the globe and endeavor to improve workplace culture, one mood at a time. If you could assist me in this endeavor, that would be wonderful.

Perceiving other people’s emotions has a big influence on our daily lives and can make all the difference in success or failure. This is especially important for the service sector because studies show that the emotional state of customers at the end of a transaction has a direct impact on their level of satisfaction. We will teach your employees the fundamentals of emotional intelligence during this training session, including how to identify and control their own emotions as well as how to manipulate the emotional climate of any given situation to your benefit.
Not only do these skills enhance their work capabilities, but they also contribute to improvement on various levels.
