How does your company help complete a finished house in less than 3 weeks? What is the minimum and maximum parcel size?
The patent pending nVolve Building System and PreFab solution is developed to radically change and improve the homebuilding process and provide the best of Ownership to our residential and commercial customers. nVolve designs and building smart, modular, affordable and high-quality building products and homes that can be delivered and installed at a fraction of the time versus traditional structures. nVolve Building Systems are modular and designed to be installed with minimal need for local contractors, and makes effective use of living space in a very energy efficient package giving the homeowner or the real estate investor the lowest total cost of ownership with future planned house/structural expansion.
We consult with the homeowner or real estate investor to document their requirements, which our planning team configures to meet the exacting needs of our customers. Once the client approves the design, we plan the structure of the building, construction and installation of the home/structure.
We work on small, medium & large sqft based on the client requirement.
What is the mission and vision of your company?
nVolve Technologies mission is to re-define high concept modular, sustainable and affordable housing products through patent-pending innovation and a process-improvement platform.
We leverage in-house designed and manufactured fusionSIP panels (Structured Insulated Panels) that can be configured on-line, with components produced in a controlled environment that will ultimately be assembled on-site in less than three weeks by just three people. We are not just a small house builder or High-Tech Construction company, rather we control the full patent pending product life cycle from Design to Manufacturing and deliver most of the fusion SIP products and solutions through selected partner network.
nVolve products are Ecofriendly. Our unique platform eliminates the need for concrete slabs and delivers a massive reduction in carbon emissions. The cement industry is one of the two largest producers of carbon dioxide (CO2), creating up to 8% of worldwide, man-made emissions, of which 50% is from the chemical process and 40% from burning fuel. nVolve’s high quality structures use environmentally friendly structural base materials such as Helical Piers and floor SIP’s. nVolve PreFab homes are built in the factory with mostly recyclable material with minimal waste, as US homebuilders often throw away cut-offs or materials damaged by the weather, Hundreds of millions of tons of construction waste end up in the landfill every year. Despite recycling efforts, the EPA states that 40% of the solid waste in the U.S. comes from traditional, stick-built homebuilding sites.

How strong is your construction in facing natural calamities?
Aluminum based Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP’s panels) are constructed from fully recycle materials and are often coated with fire resistant materials adding a layer of protection.
Our R&D team has tested our SIP materials in varying atmospheric and environmental conditions. We have also successfully tested and verified these construction materials and modular assemblies in extreme situations simulating real-life conditions.
How do you stand out of your competitors?
We believe the integration of technology, design, material sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and construction into a single integrated system brings clarity to all project stakeholders. It enables our partners to configure optimal, modular and smart structures for their customers. The nVolve platform allows buyers to make educated, informed design, material and technology decisions thereby increasing satisfaction, and reducing errors and variance costs. What are the techniques used by your company in house construction?
Currently we use Panelized Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP’s) that deliver a superior thermal (temperature) containment and lower cost of ownership.
As part of our development roadmap, we will implement a patent-pending autonomous build process which allows us to build a house in just days instead of weeks. Numerous patents around our unique autonomous build process and construction materials are in process. Kari Myllykoski, Founder and Chairman of the Board in nVolve Technologies Inc is an accomplished tech industry veteran and leader with a solid reputation for engaging organizations in new industry categories and elevating them into top revenue-generating entities with first-mover and market leadership positions. Kari is also a serial entrepreneur with many successful start-ups in Finland, Sweden and America, including Xplore Technologies Inc. (XPLR: NASDAQ), where Kari was a co-founder and VP of Business Development.
