Why do you think AYED.NET is needed for every employer? How cost effective is it for everyone?

It is mandatory by law to conduct scheduled inspections of work equipment and operational resources in compliance with the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) to ensure workplace safety. AYE-D.NET (Equipment inspection) enables companies to efficiently perform and record these inspections, enhancing operational safety and reducing legal liabilities. AYE-D.NET offers a high level of cost-effectiveness for organizations of any scale. Through the automation of inspection processes and the utilisation of RFID technology, manual tasks are minimised, leading to a significant reduction in time. 

Additionally, the accurate management and documentation of operational resources help to prevent expensive errors and failures that may arise from insufficient checks. AYE-D.NET also allows for improved scheduling and supervision of inspection frequencies, preventing and streamlining unnecessary inspections. This results in cost savings over time and enhanced efficiency in the inspection procedures. Being a cloud-based platform, equipment inspections can be conducted from anywhere and are constantly kept current.

How does AYE-D.NET work?

AYE-D.NET offers a cloud-based Software-asa-Service (SaaS) solution for equipment inspection. Customers can effectively oversee and record their work and operational equipment that require mandatory inspections, along with the relevant documentation and upcoming inspection schedules. AYE-D.NET enables the simple labeling of all items (tools and machinery) requiring mandatory testing that are registered in the system. The items are tagged with RFID or NFC transponders, QR codes, or barcodes. Each label includes a distinct identification number for product identification and allocation. The distinctive identification numbers can be scanned and interpreted using sturdy scanners or the AYE-D.NET mobile application. Upon scanning the ID, the inspector can promptly locate the product in need of inspection and proceed with the assessment. Subsequently, they respond to the inspection queries linked to the product in AYE-D.NET. An inspection report and log are automatically generated and stored in AYE-D.NET. This ensures that the inspections are recorded and easily accessible when needed.

Does AYE-D.NET require maintenance and back up support?

AYE-D.NET is entirely maintenance-free for companies, thanks to cloud technology. The IT department does not need to carry out any software implementation or installation. SYFIT takes care of all maintenance work, software updates, and security patches. Customer data is stored securely in the Deutsche Telekom network on servers in Germany. Furthermore, our company provides an extensive support service to ensure quick assistance with technical issues and to make sure users get the help they need. We also provide training and consulting services to enhance usability and help users fully utilize our software solution.

In 2016, Zoltan embarked on establishing SYFIT to expand his expertise in digitalization and offer it to businesses worldwide. Since then, he has been constructing the company on a highly adaptable platform. His goal is to assist clients in comprehending current technological and digital opportunities and accessing solutions that can evolve alongside them. 

Through SYFIT, clients can seamlessly connect to IOT devices regardless of their existing technology, ensuring that their digital business operations remain unaffected by hardware advancements. This allows them to gradually digitize their processes, starting with basic tasks and advancing according to their specific needs. Additionally, they have the flexibility to modify their digital strategy whenever necessary. Zoltan’s tenure as CEO of SYFIT has been marked by challenges. From a prolonged sales process in Germany to a product that needed further refinement to meet customer needs, and the economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, he and his team have faced numerous obstacles. Despite these difficulties, they have tackled each issue directly, turning them into chances for innovation and enhancement. As a result, SYFIT has proven to be highly adaptable and resilient. 

Zoltan, as a leader, feels a strong sense of duty to cultivate a positive work atmosphere for his team members, enabling them to excel in their roles and play a part in SYFIT’s achievements.
