The Loveland Group
The Loveland Group LLC. is a family of ventures, dedicated to investment in Black & QTBIPOC culture, opportunity, healing & life-long learning.
A percentage of proceeds from The Loveland Group’s ventures go to support the work of The Loveland Foundation, Inc, providing free therapy for Black women, girls and gender non-conforming individuals. The Loveland Foundation was established in 2018 by Rachel Cargle in response to her widely successful birthday wish fundraiser, Therapy for Black Women and Girls. Her enthusiastic social media community raised over $250,000, which made it possible for Black women and girls nationally to receive therapy support. Black women and girls deserve access to healing, and that healing will impact generations.
The Loveland Foundation is the official continuation of this effort to bring opportunity and healing to communities of color, and especially to Black women and girls. Through fellowships, residency programs, listening tours, and more, ultimately The Loveland Foundation hopes to contribute to both the empowerment and the liberation of the communities it serves.

Kosta was introduced to the world of Real Estate from a very young age. His grandparents who immigrated from Greece in the 1950s took to buying multi-family real estate as their way of building wealth. During his youth, Kosta grew up working at these investment properties where his responsibilities grew from tasks like painting to eventually managing the properties as a whole. After graduating from Roger William’s University, where he studied Business and Music, Kosta landed a job with the property management company Greystar. At Greystar, Kosta worked for two of their luxury properties in Boston’s Seaport district and in Jamaica Plain. During his time there, he quickly became one of the company’s top leasing agents. In his first month working for the company, he was able to secure over 12 leases, with apartments costing upwards of $6,000/month. From this experience, Kosta was able to work with hundreds if not thousands of potential renters, which helped him gain invaluable insight into working with people’s various wants/needs. Doing so also compressed the number of clients he was able to work with, within a short period of time.
Along with his experience in real estate, Kosta manages and has grown multiple social media accounts. He is the founder of Luxury Listing Boston, which showcases Boston’s top luxury Real Estate. In a matter of months, Kosta was able to grow this page to almost 2,000 followers where he regularly shares insight into Greater Boston’s most desirable luxury Real Estate. From his experience in real estate and in social media marketing, Kosta is a versatile agent to which he is able to provide clients with a truly unique experience.
